Pattern of Course: Semester System - Ten Semesters

Examination & Method of Assessment: The examination will be conducted at the end of each semester. Each paper will consist of 100 marks.

Standard of Passing: 35% marks in each head of passing. 50% in aggregate head of passing.

Award of Degree: Degree will be awarded at the end of 10th semester by taking in to consideration performance of all the 10 semesters.

12th standard exam passed with minimum 50% marks, (with no Back logs).

The All India Law Entrance Examination is generally held in the month of May. The Paper will be of objective type and will carry 150 Marks. The students will be assessed on the basis of marks that they obtain in the following areas:

1. General Awareness of Law
2. Ability of Reasoning, Logic & Aptitude
3. Social Sciences
4. General English
5. General Knowledge & Current Affairs
6. Business Awareness
7. IT Awareness

ADMISSION to the : First Year of Five Year Law Course (2006 –2007)

Eligibility: H.S.C (10+2) or equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks. Those who have appeared for the H.S.C Examination are also eligible to apply. Candidates who are placed in Compartment are not eligible.

Admission: Admission to the first year of the Five Year Law Course will be purely on merit, assessed through the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) and Interview (During Admission). For SET Registration form please go to : www.set-test.org

Test Centers: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, & Pune.

Date of Entrance Test: 6th May 2006, 2.00pm to 4.30pm.

Prospectus is available at the college office on payment of Rs. 1200. The same can be collected in person or by courier (on the payment of a Demand Draft of Rs. 1250/-) on all working days from 25th February, 2006.
